Emily was awesome! She was referred to me by my daughter and came highly reccomended. She was wonderful to work with. I had several comments on the listing that she prepared. How great the photos were and how nice of a write up she had about the property. We were thinking we wouldn' t sell it right away but 4 days after she listed it we signed the sellers agreement. She explained the whole process and answered all of our questions. She gave us great advice on how to market the home and it worked. So thankful we had her as our realtor.

I teased Emily that all a realtor does is pound in a sign and rake in the money. Working with her made me realize there is A LOT more in a house sale than that; inspections, coordinating contractors, estimates, and knowledge of the trade and the area. She did a fine job and was well worth the money :-)
