He knew comparable houses in the area, what they were selling for and suggested a price we go in at and we got our house for 5% less than asking price. Doug's communication and insight were deeply appreciated during this process. If we ever had any questions, Doug was always a quick text/phone call away. Doug has been such a pleasure to work with. This is the second time we've worked with him and couldn't imagine using another realtor. When we decided to move back into the area, there was no doubt who we would want to work with again.
